Product description
The FALCN RS 2.0 occupies a clear place in the Ridley racing line: it's a lightweight race bike for riders who want to combine the low weight of a purebred mountain bike with the speed and efficiency of a modern aerodynamic bike. At the heart of this approach is the Aero-to-Weight concept. The bike is designed to excel when the road climbs, while maintaining its efficiency and speed when the trail straightens or curves.
The result is a racing machine that's about more than just numbers on the scale. The FALCN RS 2.0 was developed with an emphasis on responsiveness, handling and ride comfort. This makes it lively under acceleration, stable at high speeds and comfortable on long journeys. Its progressive geometry supports this balance with an efficient, central riding position and playful handling.
The FALCN RS 2.0 is therefore suitable for riders looking for maximum performance on climbs as well as cyclists who simply want to enjoy the light and immediate feeling of riding a top-of-the-line racing bike. It is a versatile racing platform that combines low weight, speed and riding pleasure.
Detailed description
Built for weight, engineered for performance. The all-new FALCN RS 2.0 is Ridley's latest lightweight road racing platform. Combining a 705g carbon frame with tuned aerodynamics and progressive race geometry, the bike was developed in close collaboration with the Uno-X Mobility team and tested at the highest level of the WorldTour.
A 12% weight reduction over the previous generation was achieved by re-engineering the carbon ply structure, strategically redistributing material and removing unnecessary overlap. All while maintaining the lateral stiffness expected from a modern aero bike. The same philosophy was applied to the components, including the lightweight aerodynamic seatpost and integrated Nimbus Pro cockpit.
The geometry was developed based on feedback from Uno-X riders, bike fitting specialists and thousands of miles ridden in the WorldTour peloton. The 76° seat tube angle moves the rider more centrally over the bottom bracket, while the longer reach and higher stack create a more open hip angle. The lower center contributes to greater stability at high speeds.
The result is a modern racing bike that feels light and responsive without sacrificing aerodynamic efficiency, stability or comfort. In its lightest configuration, the complete FALCN RS 2.0 weighs just 6.2 kg, while the Aero-to-Weight concept keeps the bike fully competitive on both flat and undulating profiles.
